Mauro Pelucchi is Head of Global Data Science at Lightcast, developing big data solutions for labour market analysis. Is Senior Data Scientist and Big Data Engineer responsible for the design of “Real-Time Labour Market Information System on Skill Requirements” for CEDEFOP and collaborates with the University of Milano-Bicocca on labour market research. He also lectures at Milano-Bicocca and the University of Bergamo.
Sophie Gvasalia is a Data Science Manager at Lightcast, leading data solution development. Previously, she worked as a Product Data Analyst at Digital Attitude and a Data Analyst at Lifeed. She holds an MSc in Human Resources and Labour Studies from the University of Milan and a MicroMasters in Data Science from MIT, combining her social sciences background with advanced analytical expertise.
